Baby Updates



This is where you will find updates on how Sara is doing.



August 9, 1999

The baby is now due less than one month away, September 8, 1999. We don't think that the baby will be born on that date, we are thinking more towards August 23 to August 28. Kim is doing well but wishing that this would be over soon. The baby is anxious to see its room and to meet the rest of the family. We will be going to see the doctor on Thursday the 12th and from there on out it are weekly visits. Please come back soon for more updates and feel free to sign our gust book below.





September 1, 1999

The baby was born at 08:50 PDT. Sara Marie was brought into the world at a healthy 9 lbs and 20 inches long. She and Kim are both doing very well. As soon as we get the pictures scanned, we will be adding them to the page.






September 17, 1999

We had our first doctors visit on September 6th and Sara had gained 12 ounces and grew 1 and 1/2 inches. It seems that all she is doing right now is the standard eating, sleeping and pooping. To see pictures of her and of Kim and I at the hospital the day she was born, click on the link below.





February 1, 2000

It has been a long time since the last update, but if you click the link below, you will see how much she has grown. Things have been pretty crazy and not much time for updating. I hope that will change soon. Sara is now over 18 pounds and over 26 inches long. She is over the 95% in all areas. She is rolling over from back to front and front to back. She is almost sitting up on her own and we are ready to start on rice cereal. Before we know it she will be out the door in the car. She is a four month old, the size of an eight month old, doing six month old things. It seems that in the past two weeks she has really found her vocal cords and is makeing a lot more noise. She has cut the lower two teeth on the bottom center and is cutting the top left. She is changing every day and we will do our best to keep this updated.

March 3, 2000

Sara is now six months old and getting bigger every minute. She had her six month check-up today and she continues to grow like a weed. She is now at 20 pounds 2 ounces and 26 1/2 inches long. She is over the 95%. She is sitting up on her own and is on the verg of crawling. We will be picking up new pictures tomorrow and should be posting them on the Sara page.
